Have you ever imported data into an Excel spreadsheet from another source i.e. Outlook, text file etc, only to find that some of the cells are formatted differently and have spaces in front of the first word?
So, what do you do?
Do you go into each cell and manually delete the spaces (and hope that you’ve not missed any ;-))?
Or do you insert an additional column and type in a formula that gets rid of these nuisance spaces at the click of a button…or should I say mouse?
